New Kids On The Block
NKOTB was formed in the early 80s and soon became the true example of the pop boy band. They assembled in 1984 in Boston, Jordan and Jonathon Knight, Joey Mcintyre, Donnie Walhberg, and Danny Wood. They released seven albums, their latest in 2008 with amazing new songs with duets with today’s big stars. Their reunion tour started September 18,2008.
Band members after disbanding and before getting back together:
Jonathon Knight left the entertainment business to go into real estate.
Jordan Knight came out with an album in 1999 and 2004-2006.
Joey Mcintyre went into movies and tv shows while still singing. His latest album was released in 2006.
Danny wood started a Boston based record label. And for the most part stayed out of the spotlight.
Donnie Walhberg followed the steps of brother Mark Walbergh and got into movies.
